Dragonfire Two Year Olds Dominate the Ram Tap FEH

At the Ram Tap Future Event Horse competition, Dragonfire topped the large field of two year olds with Rouge et Blanc DF and Highland Empress. Both entries were expertly lead by Earl McFall.

The striking chestnut gelding trimmed in tons of white, Rouge et Blanc DF, is by Dragonfire Kirin and out of the thoroughbred mare, A Buccaneer's Life. He won the Two Year Old Colt Class, and was the highest scoring two year old overall. Clearly impressed with 'Roger', Judge Linnan commented, 'elegant head and neck', 'balanced frame with harmonious top line', and 'shows inner confidence'. Roger was truly a class act as he performed like a seasoned veteran.

Highland Empress, a bay ISH filly by the late Master Imp and out of Highland Royale garnered the blue ribbon in the Two Year Old Filly Class. 'Jade' was ever so lovely as she wowed the crowd with her star quality.

The future looks bright for Roger and Jade, as both of these youngsters were bred to be top event horses.
