Taylor's Pony Puffs

Taylor and Prince

THANK YOU EVERYONE for supporting Taylor's effort of purchasing Prince. The kind words and encouragement mean a lot, and whatever the outcome, she is having an invaluable life-experience. Many of you have asked to simply donate to her cause, but because we want to encourage her work ethic, she will still need to send out Pony Puffs to you. So, we have set up a PayPal button for her with a $50 minimum. For every $50, she will send you a bag of Pony Puffs. Please write your mailing address in the "special instructions" of your PayPal purchase. Thank you again!

Beauty, Talent and Potential: All For A Steal!

Warbird Commander just after foaling Freedom Twain DF

FOR SALE: Warbird Commander
2008 Bay Thoroughbred Mare | 16.0 | (Birdstone x Mane Chance)

Warbird Commander is a stunning mare that combines the sport horse producing lines of Mr. Prospector, Hoist The Flag, Alydar, Hail To Reason, Native Dancer, Turn To, and Northern Dancer in one glorious package. A paternal sister to Derby winner, Mine That Bird, Warbird Commander showcases beautifully feminine conformation and a lightness in step needed to be a top cross country horse. She is self-possessed and confident with an explosive jump. Her filly, Freedom Twain DF by The Twain, is a perfect example of the qualities needed in today’s competitive Eventing scene.

Because we have had a foal crop rich in fillies, we are offering this mare for an extremely reasonable price. She is young, fit, easy to deal with, and ready to be your next competition horse. Prior to her first foal, she was working under saddle and jumping small obstacles with ease. She is very correct over a fence with a light front end and a classic bascule. She is un-raced, with no injuries.

Warbird Commander would also be a very smart choice as a foundation broodmare for your farm. If you are looking for a stellar foal of your own, we suggest you breed her back to The Twain for a 2015 baby. Her lines will certainly be a very valuable part in Dragonfire’s breeding program, as we continue to build on the strength of her ancestry with her filly, Freedom Twain DF.

Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity. 5.5k
