Dragonfire Welcomes Soul Twain DF

Soul Twain DF at two weeks old.

On March 24th, we welcomed Soul Twain DF into the world. This stunning Thoroughbred colt is by The Twain, sire of the 2013 West Coast Four Year Old Eventing Champion, Classic Twain DF. The Twain boasts the bluest blood from across North America, Europe, New Zealand and Ireland all in one fantastic stallion. He consistently throws intelligent, kind and willing foals that are uphill and natural jumpers. His side of Soul Twain's papers represents over FORTY current WEG, Olympic, and Four Star TOP Ten finishers. His dam, Lady's Comet, is a sister to the incomparable American Champion, Courageous Comet, who has represented the United States at the highest levels of Eventing. Lady’s Comet is also a YEH winner in her own right, and is one of the most talented young mares we have seen.

Soul Twain DF has impeccable lines, but more importantly, he is sensible, friendly, and willing. We believe he will set a very high standard for Event horses in the future. Enjoy this video of his first time outside!
